Primary worksite: East Peoria, IL with possibility of relocation
Drive/Participate in cross functional teams using 6 Sigma based
problem solving methodology.
Provide assembly process support and basic troubleshooting for
Identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic
improvement ideas for assembly operations.
Provide full documentation of process studies, analysis work
and detailed documentation of troubleshooting activities.
Complete engineering issues through Continuous Improvement (CI)
card, Assembly Quality Event (AQE) and Rapid Corrective Action (RCA).
Responsible for Bill of Material (BOM) updates, virtual print,
notice audits, and support cell certification, participate in shop floor VOC Meetings,
prototype and pilot machine builds supporting New Product Introduction (NPI).
Create and/or modify PFMEA, SFMEA, process flow diagrams, control
plans, capacity analysis, carry over analysis and video cycle time calculations.
Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related with 6 months
experience as Project or Mechanical or Industrial or Design or Engineer or related.
