 The Primary responsibility of this position is to provide IT related support to all levels of staff:

1.    Disburse assets to employees

*         Format PCs

*         Fill out appropriate ISO related documentation

*         Prepare PCs with appropriate software and tools per department

2.    Present and modify the companies IT Awareness Program

3.    Track, collect, and follow-up on ARi assets

4.    Troubleshooting is not limited to the following:

*         Software

*         RDP/VPNs

*         Hardware

*         Network Equipment (Switches, APs, Firewalls, Servers)

5.    Identify hardware issues and submit warranty claims

6.    Work with vendors to resolve technical issues

7.    Respond to LinkUs tickets in a timely manner

8.    Manage inventory documentation

9.    Create and remove employees as directed by HR

10.  Maintain a flexible schedule to assist with infrastructure implementation and assist with employee technical issues (will work some weekends and weeknights).

 Key responsibilities are as follows:

Collaborate with different tiers of staff and management

  1. Engage with staff to produce positive and long-term solutions for specific projects
  2. Maintain accountability for open tickets, mitigating future issues, and overall organization for pending tasks
Ensure availability for assisting staff members with technical issues

Hard Skills:

1.    Knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure

2.    Understanding of Anti-virus such as Symantec or Sophos

3.    Hardware repair such as printers, laptops, desktops, and blade servers

4.    Fundamental knowledge of network concepts and protocols (RDP, VPN, and SMB)

5.     Experience with VOIP servers and phones

6.     Inventory assessments such as projecting future IT requirements for onboarding new employees

 Soft Skills:

  1. Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with multiple levels.
  2. Highly organized and process oriented, ability to handle multiple teams and handle pressure.
