Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Peoria, IL

 

The Sales Manager will be responsible for

  • Representing our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings
  • Researching customer needs and identify how our solutions address them
  • Generating leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
  • Creating and executing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and extends global reach
  • Meeting with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Tracking, analyzing, and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
  • Ensuring that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress
  • Achieving company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance

 

The Sales Manager will have:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to make timely and objective decisions under difficult circumstances.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, project management, change management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
  • Ability to travel

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in business administration
  • 2-3 years experience in Sales/Account Management
